Beth teaches traditional Kripalu yoga classes at the Buker School on Tuesdays, 4:30-5:30 & Kennebec Valley YMCA in Augusta, Tues. nights, 6-8 PM. She also teaches workshops and gives private yoga classes in student homes throughout Augusta area. Private class fee is $50 per hour, sliding scale option.
