The NonProfit Center offers wellness and yoga programs for stress reduction. It is located next to South Station in the Financial District of Boston.
The wellness schedule includes:
Lunch Break Relaxation Yoga Tuesdays at 12 Noon.
MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) -the 8 week program outlined by Jon Kabat-Zinn in his book “Full Catastrophe Living.”
Styles: Kripalu Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness, Meditation
