The NonProfit Center offers wellness and yoga programs for stress reduction. It is located next to South Station in the Financial District of Boston.
The wellness schedule includes:
Lunch Break Relaxation Yoga Tuesdays at 12 Noon.
MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) -the 8 week program outlined by Jon Kabat-Zinn in his book “Full Catastrophe Living.”

I’m Anna Dunwell and I look forward to sharing yoga with you. Whether it’s a vigorous work out or a gentle restorative experience, I can provide it for you. Come enjoy yourself, feel good moving your body and be completely re-energized. These classes are great for everybody – whether you’re experienced or are beginning yoga for the first time. Just wear clothing that is easy to move in, and look forward to a good time. My focus is to support you in a safe, sacred and happy space. I will do everything to make your experience a blissfuI one. I have been practicing yoga for many years. I initially came to it for my own healing from stress, fibromyolgia, anxiety, and asthma; now, for the last seven years teaching others. I am also available for private sessions focussing on any specific health issues you may have ranging from back pain, fibromyolgia, depression, cancer with hands on healing assists and adjustments. I am a Certified and Registered 200 Hour Kripalu Yoga Instructor MFA, E-RYT and member of International Association of Yoga Therapists, International Association of Black Yoga Teachers, Kripalu Teachers Association and the Yoga Alliance. I’m currently studying for my 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teaching Training Certification having just completed 75 credits of ‘Meditation Inside and Out at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Soul Sanctuary is a healing destination to restore, renew and recharge with yoga.
