Aadya (Sanskrit) means “primordial, first, original.” My mission is to share the life-changing practice of Yoga with all who are open to it! I strive to remain true to the fundamental purpose of this practice: the union and harmony between body, mind and spirit.

I accomplish this through bringing yoga to the workplace and other organizations, private and semi-private instruction, and specialized series and workshops. I also teach an ongoing schedule of classes at my home studio, Blue Anjou (www.blueanjou.com), in Lewisville, Texas.
